University of Cambridge Alumni Weekend 2009

As you are probably aware, our Alumni Weekend is taking place from Friday 25 September to Sunday 27 September 2009. If you or any of your members have expressed an interest, you will receive an email soon with full details about how to book. We will accept bookings by post, fax, email and online from Wednesday 27th May. Please keep checking our web site at http://www.foundation.cam.ac.uk/weekend.php for more details.
I would like to take this opportunity to invite you and your members cordially to our Alumni Groups' High Tea and Talk at the Alumni Weekend on Sunday 27th September from 4.00pm - 5.00pm at the University Centre. The cost is £10 per person and you can sign up to it when you make your booking for the Alumni Weekend. (Please note, if you are only booking for this event, then the Alumni Weekend registration fee is waived).
You might also be interested to know that one of the Overseas Groups is planning to arrange a group trip to Cambridge for the Alumni Weekend; so please do consider coming along as well, as we'd love to see as many Alumni Groups from all over the world in Cambridge in September as possible.
The 2009 Alumni Weekend is going to be bigger and better than ever; so please do come along for this really special occasion and celebrate the 800th anniversary.
